Last Friday, they received a cat that had been completely soaked in gasoline. The is no reason to believe the person that brought the cat in was involved, although the police were notified.
Cinder has been under vet care for dehydration, malnutrition and chemical burns.
He is being treated with antibiotics, burn salve, fluids and pain meds.
We are awaiting results of a full body X-ray and blood tests.
Our Frosty Fund was set up in 2009 to help a very sick dog and has helped us with medical care for many animals since.

Everyone wishes they knew what happened to Cinder and someday maybe we’ll know.
In the meantime their focus is on Cinder’s recovery and everyone there is hopeful.
