We could never imagine why or how anyone would ever do anything cruel to a cat, but this story really left us pissed off.
While walking in the woods looking for a dog, Janet Zimmerman spotted this poor cat, chained up, padlocked, and left completely alone!
Zimmerman rescued him right then and there.
The cat, whom rescuers have since named Forest, was deliberately left in that condition.
It is also possible that the cat was left as bait for another animal or a prank.
The best news is that several families have applied to adopt Forest and we here at The Best Cat Page wish Forest the best!
