A poor, abandoned baby red panda was left to fend completely for himself. Even the zookeepers weren’t quite certain just what to do next.
Suddenly, one zookeeper had a random idea! His own cat just so happened to be nursing some kittens at the time and the baby red panda very quickly fit right into the family!
Officials at this zoo in Amsterdam zoo vowed to let the cat continue nursing it for about three months prior to switching the panda over to a normal diet of bamboo and fruit.
