2 Adorable Rescue Kittens Bond at Shelter and Give Each Other The Strength …

Two kittens who were rescued from difficult circumstances ended up bonding at the shelter and gave each other the strength to hang on. Despite everything, they never stop purring.

This is the story of Orla and Oden!

These two incredibly adorable and loving kittens had a very rough start to their lives.

“Orla was found outside, starving, with a horrible upper respiratory infection and ear infection. She was dehydrated, cold and probably a day away from dying,”

The staff at Here Kitty Kitty Rescue thankfully brought her back from the brink. Then they found Oden.

“Oden was found by a caring person after she saw him cruelly thrown from a vehicle. He also has an upper respiratory infection.”

Knowing just how important it is for orphaned kittens to grow up with a buddy, they ended up introducing the two kittens. It was instant love. Despite what happened to them, they kept purring.

As soon as Orla first saw Oden, she loved him right away and was so excited to have a friend to cuddle with.

“Once Oden figured out that there was enough food for two of them, he loved Orla right back,” Missy McNeal of Here Kitty Kitty Rescue stated to Love Meow.

“We will never know why these poor babies were put in these horrible circumstances, but we do know that they are safe with us, getting the treatments that they need to get better.”

Little Oden ended up getting a much-needed bath. He was so happy to be clean and flea-free at last.

“When we got poor Oden he literally laid his whole body across the bowl of food, and was growling to protect it,” McNeal said to Love Meow.

Now he doesn’t need to worry about food at all anymore.

Just two days after they arrived at Here Kitty Kitty Rescue, their eyes have cleared up and they are more energetic than ever.

“They are so much better, running around and playing like normal kittens,” McNeal stated.

Oden loves all the new toys.

He is a true survivor and has so much to give.

“Despite [their past], they never stop purring! We are so happy that we were able to step in and help these babies.”
