LONDON, ENGLAND - A beautiful black cat was found abandoned outside a south London train station with a black sack filled with treats alongside of it.
Sonny, a long-haired cat, was found sitting in a cat carrier outside Sunridge Park station in Bromley this past Saturday.
A train passenger who had just left the station at around 7pm noticed the basket next to the closed ticket office.
A bin liner filled with toys, food, cat litter and also worming tablets had also been left with Sonny.
The RSPCA are now appealing for information about this cat and the whereabouts of his owner.
Ellen Thomas, RSPCA inspector, stated: “It is unusual for a cat to be dumped with quite so many treats and goodies with him.
“His carrier was brand new, and he had everything a loving owner might need to give him a happy life.
“He seemed to have been cared for – it was almost as if someone had left him accidentally when they got on the train.”
Anyone who might information should call the RSPCA on 0300 123 8018.
