Anonymous declares war on ‘cat killer’ who admits to slaughtering moggies with a BOW AND ARROW

Anonymous hacktivists are pledging their support for campaigners trying to stop a “cat killer” from massacring more innocent kitties.

Supporters of the masked group have published the name and address of Zach ‘Shaggy’ Slattery, who spends his days blasting cats using a bow and arrow.

The Australian government employs Slattery to cull stray cats and also kittens, which are being blamed for killing huge numbers of the country’s indigenous animals – including birds and even small mammals .

But hacktivists have accused him of carrying out an “animal holocaust” and attacked him for sharing graphic images of dead cats upon his Facebook page.

Masked campaigners urged animal lovers to petition Australian environment minster Greg Hunt to stop this horrendous slaughter.

Red in tooth and claw: Zach Slattery is accused of posting images of dead cats

“Zach Slattery enjoys killing animals.” says Anon.

“It is a sick and evil perversion.”

The Anonymous campaign comes after Slattery appeared in a documentary on an ABC documentary exploring Australia’s disgusting plan to kill two million feral cats by 2020.

“I’ve had death threats, like, people coming to shoot me, hang me, skin me and use me as a bathroom rug,” Slattery said.

“I definitely see the problem that people have with bow hunting, but it’s just a – some people don’t understand the effort and the shots that we make are 100% humane 99% of the time.”

“With a bow, it’s quite sudden. You’re going for shock and blood loss.”

A petition calling for the state-sponsored cat massacre to be outlawed has now been signed by 5,000 plus people.

“His photos of him smiling and posing with their dead bodies on Facebook is an outrage,” the petitioner wrote.

“It should be against the law for the public community to take part in animal population control, especially by savage and disrespectful means.”
