A user on Twitter has posted a photo which has viewers all over the world wondering if the creature featured is a cat or a dog. The long-haired animal is cat-sized, but just so happens to look much like a dog. And if you look very closely, there may also be a little raccoon in there, too.
The animal in the photo is a cat. He is a Persian and his name is Atchoum. He lives in Quebec, Canada.
You see, Atchoum has a condition which is called hypertrichosis and it causes extra hair growth, leading to the cat’s unusual dog-like appearance.
