Phil is a very special guy. He has a grand total of 7 toes on 3 of his feet and 6 toes on the other.
When Justin Craig spotted Phil for the very first time, it was truly love at first sight.
Like so many feline friendships, theirs began right at the SPCA.
Justin just knew in his heart he needed to be the one to give Phil a home!
Life hasn’t been the same for either of them since!
