WEATHERFORD, TEXAS – A dramatic fire rescue was caught on camera on Monday, where a family’s pets were found inside a smoke-filled house, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported.
Weatherford firefighters were dispatched to the 700 block of East 2nd Street where they found three cats and a dog inside the home. Two of the animals were completely unconscious, and the other two were lethargic, fire officials said.
The firefighters administered oxygen to all of the animals after bringing them outside. All four patients are said to be doing well now, NBC5 reported.
There was no additional information on the cause or on extent of the fire.
