Austen had a forever best friend – his cat whose name is Autumn. Autumn was always loving and gentle with Austen and has taught him how to care for animals.
Each and every morning she would wake him with head butting and warm snuggles. As sometimes happens with cats, one evening Autumn went missing. Austen became very upset, but everyone hoped she would be home soon.
A few days went by and Austen spent most of his of time crying. When Autumn still did not return, Austen became so upset he that missed school for an entire week.
The search for Autumn was going absolutely nowhere when someone suggested leaving her blanket and bowl in the open garage.
Miraculously, it worked. Autumn returned and Austen cried once again but this time – with tears of joy!
