MONROE, LOUISIANA – There are plenty of “singles seeking love” at River Cities Humane Society for Cats who are searching for the love of their (nine) lives.
What a great idea just in time for Valentine’s Day!
Feeling lonely this holiday?? Find yourself just wanting to someone to come home and cuddle with? There are plenty of available singles looking for a fur-ever kind of love at River Cities Humane Society for Cats.
While some are very young, playful and eager to explore everything, some have been burned by love before, and some just want to curl up with you on the couch.and maybe catch a movie!
All of the cats at this shelter are neutered or spayed. The shelter also makes sure they are all current on their vaccinations and tests them for feline AIDS, feline leukemia and heartworms.
The shelter’s goal is to adopt out 425 cats over the course of this year. As of Tuesday, only 45 cats had been adopted so far.
