JAPAN – The Ferray Corporation, an internet solutions business, which is out of Tokyo has adopted a total of 9 rescue cats to help employees relieve stress. According to rocketnews24, the employees think the cats have been an enormous asset.
Office communication has increased quite dramatically, as has productivity. The cats have brought them all together and lowered everyone’s stress levels.The company also holds a “Bring Your Pet To Work Day.”
If an employee doesn’t have a pet the company will pay out a monthly “cat bonus” of about $42USD to anyone who adopts a cat in need of a home!
