ENGLAND – The abandoned pet was tricked into feeling at home by its owner who then left it with all its belongings.
This poor tuxedo cat was dumped in its carrier with all of its belongings near fields in Chadderton .
The kitty was spotted around 7.30 am on Wednesday morning on Rochester Way, which is near to Crossley Playing Fields.
Chris Barker, who is from Chadderton, Oldham , was walking his dog when he came across the animal.
He explained: “I was walking my dog and saw the carrier box and bag of food and toys and a bowl of food. I thought it was empty at first and then realized there was a cat inside. It was really scared and seemed sedated and think it must have been injured because it could hardly move.

“I called the RSPCA straight away. It is so sad that people have pets and think it’s ok to just dump them at the side of a park. They obviously had thought about doing it because they had packed all of the cat’s belongings together.
“There are some really vile people out there who would do this to a poor defenseless cat. It’s really sad.”
A spokeswoman for the RSPCA stated that officers were called about the abandoned tuxedo cat.
She explained: “We were called about this poor cat yesterday morning and it was tasked out to an RSPCA Animal Collection Officer but by the time he arrived at he couldn’t see the cat anywhere. I suspect as it’s such a busy location someone may have taken the cat to a local vet’s.
Terrible the kitty was abandoned. Wonderful that it was found unharmed.
